Do I need to register my party catering business with the local authority Environmental Health Office?
Yes, you must register. Registration is free and you will find the Environmental Health Officers will be expecting to find that you have up to date Food Hygiene or Food Safety training.
My English is not very good. Can the questions be read for me in the Food Hygiene or Food Safety exam?
Yes, they can. Extra time, 25%, can also be allowed.
Do I have to send my staff to your training centres or can you send a teacher to my hotel and have the Food Hygiene or Food Safety training in our workplace?
